MOUSSY offers a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. We strive to ensure your premium denim and apparel pieces provide the perfect fit and lasting quality.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all MOUSSY hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
